Michael Gordon, PhD, built RCT Industrial for the people who carry the load. His aim is simple: help them recover well, return to the work they’re proud of, and go home whole at the end of every shift.
Servant Leadership
Michael Gordon has spent years beside Special Operations warriors and their families as a volunteer chaplain. He knows what it costs a body to keep showing up for others.
In 2019, he encountered the technology at the core of RCT. It helped his wife first. Then it helped the men and women he served as a chaplain. By 2020, he made a decision: this would be the last commercial mission of his career, and it would be for operators, athletes, and the industrial athletes who keep America running.
RCT Industrial is that mission made practical. It carries the same conviction he brings to the chaplaincy:
“Every worker has dignity, every body deserves care, and no one should have to choose between their work and their wellbeing.”
The People We Serve
The operator, the firefighter, and the line worker share more than people think. Each is called to show up, carry weight, and protect the people beside them. Each pays for it in the body.

Athletes warm up before they perform and recover after. Industrial athletes deserve the same respect. Their work is their contribution, and their health is what makes that contribution possible, at work and at home.
Home Whole: A Conviction We Share
Across the safety profession, one conviction runs deeper than any rule: every worker should go home to their family healthy and whole. OSHA Assistant Secretary David Keeling put it plainly in his 2025 Senate testimony. Safety leaders on every jobsite live it each day.
Michael learned it in the chaplaincy, where you see the person behind the uniform and the family waiting at home. RCT Industrial is how we serve it: care that reaches workers early, starts with the people who do the job, and helps safety teams act before soreness becomes something worse.

RCT Industrial brings onsite massage care to the workplace, where the work actually happens. It is an FDA-registered Class I therapeutic massager, built to be simple enough for workers to use on themselves and backed by training, service, and ongoing support.

About Michael Gordon, PhD
Michael Gordon is Founder and CEO of ReGen Medical, which manufactures, distributes, and finances noninvasive wellness solutions for practitioners and workplaces across the United States and abroad. ReGen serves veterans, first responders, elite athletes, industrial athletes, and an aging population that wants to keep living fully.
His 40-year career spans healthcare, corporate finance, global trade, and ecommerce. He began at GE Capital and GE Medical, where he led nationally recognized finance teams. In 2007 he founded USAChina Investments Group, facilitating dozens of cross-border partnerships between U.S. and Chinese companies in the healthcare space.
He builds businesses on one belief: companies can do well by doing good. He calls it compassionate capitalism, where business success and human restoration go hand in hand.
Michael holds a B.S. in Business Finance from the University of Maryland and a Doctor of Divinity with an emphasis on Human Performance & Longevity from the United Graduate College and Seminary. He is an ordained minister and volunteer Special Operations chaplain. He has been married for over three decades and is the father of three adult children, whose lives remind him daily of the value of building a life centered on Faith, Family, and Purpose.
